The strongest economy in Europe
Norway is characterized by substantial purchasing power, a high standard of living and volume of spending.
The purchasing power is 31.700 euro per capita, compared to the European average of 12.900 per capita. Norwegians have great confidence in the future, and enjoy low inflation, high growth and political stability. This is a market in vogue, with all parameters exceeding the European average.
Wide range of centers
In Norway, we operate 12 shopping centers, from Tromsø in the north to Larvik in the south, which is visited by a total of 40 million annually. Our centers have witnessed a positive development, well above the average level of performance in the industry. We have clear strategies for how to create some of Norway's most successful shopping centers, offering inspiring meeting places for great shopping experiences.
Creating Oslo's largest shopping center
In the capital, Oslo, we are creating Norway’s most edgy shopping universe. Økern Sentrum will be Oslo's largest shopping center and an international landmark both in terms of design, architecture and retail mix. The placemaking project comprises cinema, offices, residential, culture and waterpark with fitness & spa. In total 163,000 sqm.
